-Charges via USB so no charger to keep track of.
-Holds a charge for a fairly long time.
-Vibrates and has call reminders, text alerts, and notifications.
-Has heart rate monitor, heart rate warning, blood pressure monitor, sleep monitor, step counter, calorie burned counter, and, distance tracker.
-Has a large, bright, and colorful screen. 

Overall I've got to say I'm pretty impressed with the price of this for the quality.
