This product is not bad at all or defective. I just wanna be fair and tell my honest openion. I could honestly buy a better quality than this plus the chemical smell of the brushes and bag is very strong. You can't sell a product for a price too high if there's a lot cheaper available in the market. Don't get me wrong. The brush works just fine, but for me it's not worth $19.99. Maybe $9.99 or less.
