This is painful...but good...but still painful.  I work long shifts.  12 hours on my feet and so by the end of the shift, my feet are sore.  They are swollen and sore.  So i use this machine after every shift...and before every shift for 20 minutes with the heat setting.  It is worth it.  I found my feet are too sensitive for just being barefooted.  So I use a pair of thick socks and that does the trick.  Definitely worth the purchase to not have sore feet every day!
