This cushion is well-made and comfortable. It has greatly improved the pain I was having in my back and neck for 8+hours a day of sitting in my office chair. The design of it allows my back and tailbone to be supported properly. This seat cushion has been a literal life savior for me. I sit better, I'm more comfortable and it has definitely helped my back problems. I have one in my car and one in my office chair!
