I initially was drawn to the vibrant colors and as a lover of all things that glitter thought I’d give it a try. The price point helped. I found that trying to apply with a brush did not work at all but using my fingers did the best job. I also found that to achieve the look I wanted I had to apply several layers. Surprisingly with the multiple layers it didn’t feel “cakey”.
