Very happy with this rice. I love Basamati rice. This one is very subtle tasting but delicious.
I made a mistake and forgot to read directions. It's specific so your rice won't break up. After 10 minutes of boiling I decided to dump the boiling water, refill with cold water and continue boiling. Boiled and checked until I reached the texture I wanted. Still came out perfect.
