Helps with heel spurs

I got these insoles because of the way they are made with a cut out in the center of the heel. I have a heel spur that I have been dealing with for several months now and nothing was helping ease the pain up. These have helped take the edge of the pain from the heel spur now. I stand and walk on my feet 9 plus hours a day and the pain would get so bad I would almost drop to my knees in pain, since wearing these insoles in my shoes I'm not having that horrible knee dropping pain. I would recommend anyone with plantar fasciitis or bone spurs in their heels to get a pair of them.
