Mandolin Slicer Shule Vegetable Slicer 

I would have given this mandolin five stars, but the blades could be a little sharper. It cut through eggplant tomato cucumber and zucchini like butter, it was effortless and no mess because all of the sliced vegetables land perfectly into the clear bottom. I love that I can see inside the mandolin to know if I need any more sliced or not. It did give me a hard time when slicing potatoes and carrots but other than that this mandolin is a great purchase.
