I purchased these bulbs and intended on using all of them around the house. We have a dot in several rooms and many different smart devices. I am not new to the game. I was able to connect the bulbs to the app but not to my Alexa account. I emailed and explained what was going on but was given the same instructions as on the paper I followed several times. Not helpful at all. So I have one that I use on a regular basis but use the specific app to control it.
