Not super heavy, but otherwise very nice.  It has a drawstring around the bottom to help it keep from blowing off.  I use these covers for a lot of my patio furniture in the fall . It comes with a drawstring case to store it in if you want.  I'm not sure if I will use it for that, but it's a nice drawstring case to store other things in.  lol
