This heart rate smart wristband watch came nicely packaged and included a User Guide.  This fitness tracker is a very interesting Gem.  I had to download the Android app to my phone to set the watch. The watch connects wirelessly via Bluetooth.

The watch is slim.  It looks fashionable. It looks very lady like. The lightweight bracelet and fits my wrist perfectly and it is big enough to read the screen. The watch includes sleep monitoring, fitness tracker, calories counter, calorie burnt, weather monitoring, date, and time. It can also do breathing exercises when I am stressed to help me relax.  

The watch does various functions and that is the main reason that I started wearing a watch again. I have not worn a watch to keep time since 2008. I did not see the point to add another clock in my life.  Everywhere I turn there is always a piece of something in the way which reminds me of time passing by. It is as if everything is telling me to hurry it up because time will eventually stop.  I have not tested the watch for water resistance because I would not be happy if water got into my watch which would either destroy my new watch.

I have been recording my daily data in a simpler way.  I don’t have to write them down. The watch does not read and/or record my blood pressure and blood sugar level these I have to check separately.  I am still learning how to use and read the program on my watch.  Each time I get a little surprise from the watch.

I took fifty points out because I have to remove the watch out of its frame to charge it via USB which prevented me from recording my activities while the watch is being charged.  The charge lasts me ten days.  I wait until I have a couple of bars before I charge the watch.  I have not check how long it takes to charge.  I charged it once overnight and it was charged when I woke up in the morning.

The watch would be a perfect gift for any health conscious individual.  The watch also starts my phone radio. So then I can set my alarm clock in the fit watch to wake me up in the morning.  I like the idea that I can program the phone to remind to move every fifteen minutes. I believe my sedentary life is almost over.
