Great tool for motivation

I got this for my sister who due to some unfortunate events had practically let herself go. On top of all she was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and gained a lot of weight, lost self confidence and any desire to do anything. I have decided to help her and motivate by getting items that I thought could show some quick results and she wouldn't be so discouraged by slow weight change. First step was making her take her thyroid meds regularly. Then I bought her this ABS stimulator, neoprene body shaping top, bottom and sweet sweat cream. She takes care of our father 24/7 and unable to go out let alone gym. So I suggested her to look up workout videos and she chose Zumba since she liked dancing. She is 5'7" 250lb vs 150 she was a year ago :(

When I showed her ABS stimulator she was very skeptical and frightened that it would shock her lol. It took some time to convince her since I couldn't use on myself due to my pregnancy. Few days later when body shaping top arrived she tried it on and was very happy with the way it fit that I guess it motivated her to get going. So I cleaned her skin with alcohol and placed ABS stimulator on her belly. She was freaked out making sure I don't push any buttons. Then she turned it on to 1st mode expecting some kind of electrocution, her squinting face was making me laugh so hard lol then her face froze and she was like "I can feel it!" then slowly she increased to strongest and and carried on with house chores. She said she can feel her muscles contract as if she is working out! I was so happy to see her getting motivated. Today I received body shaping pants and heading her way to try them on.

In my opinion this is a great product. It gave my sister a hope for change and combined with other tools she can manage and shape her body back to what she was. I do not recommend any oral fat burning pills as I believe they harm your body, try healthier foods, more veggies and fruits and cut or eliminate intake of processed sugar and processed food.
