These bands are amazing! They came all individually packed in a carring pouch which is great for storage and keeping them all together. each band is marked by resistance and while you feel the difference in thickness of each it is a nice feature to have. As a runner I use them every day for my pre-run workouts to strengthen legs. I highly recommed them
