I bought these optimistically doubtful they would be of any benefit. But for 3 bucks, what do I have to lose? I spend more on coffee. I put them in my slippers the first night. I expected them to feel "weird" but they weren't uncomfortable. I've had problems with my feet and what I believe is a neuroma. The next day, my feet felt noticeably better. I wondered if the inserts really contributed or if I was just having a good foot day. My back felt good too, but I didn't think anything of it. I wore them all day the next day, and by the 3rd day, I knew it was the inserts that were making the difference. My neuroma is significantly less painful. My back feels good, but it wasn't that bad, to begin with.
