Does Not Hover Properly - Hard Plastic Which Cracks

I actually requested a refund for this product becuase it does not hover like it is supposed to. My nephew was extremely disappointed with this product and I did purchase it for him. After about the third use of this product the plastic on this Air Hover Ball cracked and I tossed it out because I felt it was unsafe for further use by the kids. The one we received also did not have the foam bumpers it is supposed to have so I do believe we may have received one that was not manufactured or put together properly. This product does need some improvement but this could become an extremely popular toy if it would just hover as it states and did not crack easily and actually has the foam bumpers attached.
