This is a brilliant addition to your oral hygiene routine, I use mine after brushing. It has 6 interchangeable Jet Tips. These include 2 standard jet tips and 4 special tips (1 periodontal tip, 1 orthodontic tip, 1 tongue cleaner tip, and 1 little toothbrush tip)
It has 3 cleaning modes: normal, soft and pulse.
It holds 300mls of water (I would suggest using luke warm water as a cold water jet onto your teeth is a little sensitive.)
It charges via USB.
As with all irrigators they are a little messy and you do end up with water everywhere until you work out the technique which is slightly close your mouth to prevent the water from escaping and let the water flow from the corner of your mouth into the sink.
I brushed my teeth with electric sonic type toothbrush and then with the irrigator and the irrigator still removed small pieces of breadcrumb which my toothbrush had missed.
My teeth and gums feel very clean and fresh after using this. I would recommend.
