Love this bike exerciser

This is a great little bike exerciser. I have been using this for a few days now and it gives you a nice little workout. Maybe not as good a workout as going to the gym but it's great for days you can't make it there. Was easy to put together and includes everything needed. There's a knob where you can tighten the tension to fit your workout. Easy to use while watching tv or playing on your computer. Can also put it on a table to give your arms a workout. Seems like it would be easily portable.
