only received 1 chain not 12

I was expecting a set of 12 very nice silver chains. What I received was 1 very thin cheap looking silver tone chain by #Longxan . The chain was of very poor baby q ug ality and us something I'd expect to find in a nice bubble gum machine for, at most $.50. This chain is definitely not worth $29.99 and even if there were 12 chains (seller has actually corrected the listing at this point , no longer claiming that it's a 12 piece set) it would not be worth even $5.00. The upside is Amazon is going to refund my purchases and I will be donating the chain to my local trash bin. I really wanted to like this chain but I honestly found nothing to like about it.
