This is a great one and a half inch thick self-inflating camping mat pad. This is a great mat to use while hiking as it compresses down fairly small and is lightweight. More Comfort than a simple inflatable mat. I would not use this in the winter as it is not insulated unless I had some sort of cover underneath to block the cold. Simple to use Simple to inflate and deflate and comes with carry bag.
