It's A Hoot

This Hanging Owl Rattle was bigger than I expected and I immediately smiled. It's super cute. It reminds me of yesteryear toys. There is a loop on the top of the head so I could hang it on the stroller. When it moves the eyes move and it makes a bling pong sound that's so fun. The moving eyes and noise make my grandson curious. It engages him to reach and move it This is made out of a hard durable nontoxic plastic My grandson loves it.
