These help relieve the pain for Plantar Fasiitis and dropping arches. I wish I could wear them inside my shoes! I love wearing them around the house though.
The only thing I would improve about these would be the straps, they need to hold better. Well, and being able to wear them inside shoes, but I'm not sure if that would be possible.
