I love this little adapter, it's not bulky and plugs right into a normal 3 prong outlet. It's low profile so you are able to plug it into the top outlet and still utilize the one underneath, giving you 3 outlets total.
It's a great way to add USB charging to your normal outlet, I have these in all my bathrooms by the mirror/vanity.
