This is an awesome light! It’s bright and you don’t have to go through batteries! It has a wide beam and you can angle it anyway you need. The product states that it has an average life of 50,000 hours. The light is an 10W LED light. It is also waterproof so there are no worries with the rain or snow damaging it. The glass that is on the light is tempered glass. It is made out of die-cast aluminum. It is scratch and fade resistant. It is has anti-aging, anti-UV outdoor rubber cable. Installation was rather easy, my husband did it so I can see it was a breeze, lol.
