After having kids, I was in need of help. I remembered back when I was pregnant with my first kid how they talked about Kegel exercises to help with bladder control and such. They come with 5 different weights. They range from being super light to surprisingly heavy. And I really like that I can control the comfort level. They are very smooth and comfortable and have helped so far. I am very happy with them.
