This is a beautiful Ukulele Stand.  It is very simple to assemble, It is a two piece which is very easy to assemble as they lock into each other securely.

I bought it based on a previous purchase of an identical one for a guitar which not only looked classy but was very functional.    I purchased this for my son who owns a Ukulele and he loves it!
