Don't get your hands dirty!

I have been using this product ever since I received it in the mail. What I like about this scooper is that I no longer have to use my hands (insert my hands into poop bags) to pick up dog stool from the ground. I use it to pick up stool from concrete and from grass. I would say it was easier to pick up solid stool from either grass or concrete. If the stool is too soft, it's a bit harder to get everything in the bag and it get messy. Trying to pick up stool from the grass can be tricky unless I move the scooper back and forth, otherwise it will only pick up a small amount. Something else I struggled with was the fact that I have to walk 2 dogs and is a bit difficult to carry the scooper along with the other two retractable leashes. But if I am walking only one dog it is way easier to carry. The scooper came with 6 rolls of poop bags that work perfectly with it and a pet brush that is very easy to use. I like the product, I just think there should be some type of adjustment so that the scooper grabs the stool quicker. I would say though that eversince I purchased this product, my backyard is free of bad smell from stool.
