Great way to lose weight

This is a great way to lose weight, of course, you do still need to work out for this to work but it really helps you lose that unwanted body fat. For me, however, it was a bit too big even though I got the smallest one they had which was a medium. Regardless this item works great and I would recommend it to people that love to work out and want to lose some extra fat.

How to wear?

Simply stretch it around your middle, secure the Velcro closure, and you're set. It can be worn under or over your clothing, should only be worn during exercise for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time.

Hand wash only.

Before Initial use: wipe down Waist Trimmer with a damp cloth, use a clean cloth to dry off Waist Trimmer and air-dry overnight.

After Exercise: lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times, then rinse the cloth and wipe down again, use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight.
