Though the sprinkler feels very light weight, it functions perfectly well & stays put while it's on. Turning the water faucet on fully causes the sprinkler to shoot water nearly 6 feet into the air – making it a perfect summertime play toy for my nieces, who squealed with delight every run through.Note: When we first received it, it looked broken, but the parts snap back together easily.
