When I have my hair up in a bun, I can't put my sunglasses on top of my head when I'm not using them, as the nose piece messes with my hair. I got this and it definitely helps however, like when resting your glasses in a v-neck type shirt, you'll have to still be wary of the glasses.
Overall, I like that my hair is not messy, so definitely an improvement. Not as effective as I'd have hoped for movements; however, perfectly fine when in normal standing position.
