These are fantastic to use for strengthening and physical therapy. My hands feel tight and achy when I get up in the morning. After using these for some time, I see a noticeable difference. I believe anyone with hand and arm issues would benefit from using these. They are very portable. You literally can use these anywhere. They fit any adult sized hands. With 3 weights to choose from, you will find one that is most comfortable to start with.
