I love these insoles. They are definitely a lifesaver. I'm on my feet for a good bit of the day and these have helped me tremendously. I no longer have as much pain in my back. I am flat footed so these give me the support that I need. They are very comfortable and the jelly part on the bottom helps cushion my foot with each step I take. I will never go back to another brand of insoles. I would recommend these to anyone!
