I am not sure how I ever ran with out this running belt. Well, I can...it was uncomfortable having things like a phone, and energy snack. Pockets were always weighted down and shifting. I love the fact that I can use this to organize and hold the few things I need when out for a run. This has a very nice feel and reflective material as well. All in all, this is a great running belt!
