These are perfect for any daytime nap or plane. There also great for night time also. They have a Velcro on the back fo adjust so you can have it tight or a little loose on your head. They come with a small drawstring bag to store them. You do have to fold the eye mask ou or just push it down in the bag. The ear plugs come in a hard plastic case.
