This is a very bright headlamp. It has two smaller and one larger beam. You ccan use the two smaller beams or the larger beam or all three at the same time. The headlamp runs off 2 18650 rechargeable batteries which are not included. You can charge via an adapter which is also not included. I use a wall charger and just put them in the lamp when needed. The headband is adjustable for a great fit.
