I rubbed the Hemp cream on my knee as soon as I received it from the amazon truck. I rubbed it in circles and didn't feel anything right away. As soon as I started watch tv, I felt more tingling and a cooling sensation. I put it on my girlfriends knee as well she said she felt a sense of heat. I think it's because she had long pants on and I had on shorts. Overall, the cream seems to be working some type of magic I hope my knee pain goes away. I will continue to use for more thorough review.
