~ What ~
Made of black nylon, this 98-inch long double-loop strap with adjustable ABS plastic buckles is for easy carrying of rolled up yoga or exercise mats that weigh less than 2 pounds. It has a thicker shoulder pad section and can easily be placed around the cylinder-shaped mat and secured. No instructions are included.

~ Why ~
Now that I do pilates twice a week, my son bought me a nice exercise mat for the classes. It is awkward to carry around or store in my car without it unraveling after being rolled up. With the strap that has 2 loops, I can wrap it around the mat and sling it over my shoulder. Having it adjustable on the shoulder and each loop is convenient. I appreciate how much easier it is to use compared to yoga bags.

~ Why Not ~
Those who do not do yoga or floor exercises that use mats will not need or want this product, but it is great for storing round rolled-up carpets or mats. Some may not like the nylon fabric of the strap and prefer something more padded for the shoulder. If you have mats that weigh more than 2 pounds, the buckles cannot hold the weight and may slide to each end (which still is useable).

~ Wish ~
I wish more color choices were available for these straps.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a durable, easy-to-use strap to secure your lightweight yoga mat, this is an excellent choice. Just remember if you have a thicker mat, it will slide to the ends on the shoulder section.

Thanks to Matymats for this discounted product that I am under no obligation to evaluate.
