This ball is coming is use for me as I just had a broke wrist bone and had a brace on for 2 months.  The strength of the ball is easliy adjusted by adding or releasing air.  Some exercises I use this ball for are for my shoulder.  I only have been using it for a few weeks now, as I am progressing with PT, but it is a good size ball for controll with hands and arms.
