My husband is on his feet all day at work. He has very little chance to sit and let his feet rest, so has complained about fasciitis numerous times. He uses insoles in every pair of shoes to help ease the pain and provide comfort, using compression socks and foot sleeves when his feet feel worse than usual. He has two pairs, but I am always looking for more so he doesn't have to wait for me to get laundry done to wear them again.
These fit shoe sizes 6 through 9 and are infused with copper wire to help with healing and fatigue. They have some stretch to them but still fit tightly, compressing the feet and ankles. I was impressed with how long they are. They go all the way down to the base of my toes and up past my ankle. The other pairs he has do not cover as much as these do, some barely covering the arch and up over the heel. Compression sleeves like these are used to reduce swelling, boost circulation, revive tired feet and legs, helps relieve aches and pains. They work by applying pressure to the skin and muscles, reducing swelling and pain from issues like varicose veins or water retention.
My husband wore these to work the other day and came home letting me know they made a big difference for him. They helped reduce the overall fatigue on his feet, which in turn helped his legs and lower back since he wasn't shifting or adjusting his posture to account for the pain, and helped to make the day more bearable.
