One of my major pet peeves is leftover pasta. The bags, and even the boxes, they come in are not meant for leftovers. Being a family of one, leftovers is my middle name. When I use ½ a bag, the open bag is either taped shut, or put in another bag. Two failures. First- Somehow the original bag always rips or comes open somehow, and I end up with pasta all over my pantry. Or, if I use a zip lock baggy which is a waste, and still never seems to seal at the most crucial moment. This pasta holder holds a LOT. I can put not only my leftover spaghetti in it, but also my lasagna, my shell noodles, my elbow macaroni and my egg noodles. I’m not Italian, I just love my pasta. This keeps them fresh, free from whatever those little gnats are that love pasta, and free from spills. Excellent choice!
