~ What ~
Made out of foam, this pack contains 6 green refrigerator liners that measure 15 by 13.5 by 0.4 inches each. When they are put on the bottom of a refrigerator’s drawer, they are to keep vegetables and fruits fresher longer. There are 3 package sizes of 2, 4, and 6 each. They arrive in cellophane with instructions.
~ Why ~
There isn’t anything worse to me than veggies or fruits that have rotten in the drawer of my frig because I have forgotten about them. These liners were quick to cut to size and are easy to install. I like that the food does not get bruised as the drawer is opened and shut. Another nice feature is the bright green color.
~ Why Not ~
Those who do not keep much fresh food in their tender may not need this product. Others may not like the idea of a foam liner taking up space in the refrigerator’s drawer, but it does absorb moisture and odors.
~ Wish ~
I wish other colors were available instead of only green. I am not sure they will work over a long period of time as if something is spilled onto them and it sits, it may grow mold or bacteria. I will update this post if there are any changes.
~ Want ~
If you are looking for a way to reduce odors and extend the life of your food, this is a viable option.
Thanks to Tenquest for this discounted product that I am under no obligation to review.
