This kit is for a pair of super high brightness multi-purpose head lamps. The lights are powered by 3-AAA alkaline batteries (each, not included) and have multiple white light modes: dim, normal, bright, flashing, as well as 3 red light modes. The lights are worn using the included head bands. The lights cn swivel downward, for illuminating close-up work, such as baiting fish hooks, working by hand on repairs in the dark, etc. In high mode, they put out enough light to be used walking or working in the dark.
We are very pleased with these headlights and are sure you would be as well. Great tools for not a lot of money, well worth keeping in your tackle box or vehicle.
