So I am in the midst of having laser lipo with cavitation done. With that said, I got this for between my sessions. The heads are very similar to the ones on the actual cavitation machine. I use this in the morning to help activate my stomach area and arms and thighs to help get them going activiting. Getting my lymphatic system going right away in the morning to help get my weight off. Since starting this with the treatments with it I've seen a difference from not having this machine to now having it. It helps even kind of boost my energy for the day. I only do it for about 15 minutes a morning however the massaging of this tool also helps with some of my back. My only down fall is since I had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands this gets a little hard hold from just a little weight. Again not to bad to were it's unmanageable but it gets heavy.
