Excellent knife, awesome design.

I bought this knife for me (not for my wife, he, he,he). One of my passions is cooking. It is a must for me to have nothing but the best tools and gadgets in my kitchen. A good knife is one of the most important items, and this one is great. I love it! What I like the must is that blade and handle are just an entire piece, not just attached like most are. This knife is great for chopping vegetables, onions, garlic (which I do chop a lot) and so on. The knife has a nice brushed finish that matches with all my appliances and kitchen wares.
