Thinly Made Reversible Cape

I was already looking for a Halloween cape last minute when I came across this cape. It's worth the price for needing it last minute. It is reversible from black or red to choose from. It has a color and string ties around the collar to use to keep on. It is very thinly made, even at times see through in the light, so wear something warm underneath and don't rely on the cape to keep you warm. It's not exactly like the cape I had in mind when I started looking for one but this was will work for what I'm looking for.
