The taste is a very strong berry taste  which is okay, though there is a bit of an aftertaste. That said it did boost my energy, help me control my cravings and suppressed by appetite. In three00 days I've already lost 1 1/2 lbs without changing my eating habits or exercising.  I definitely will be buying more and recommending to all.
