I was going to give this as a gift, but I liked it so much I decided to keep it for myself. I like the weight, it has a nice heft, I like the array of replacement ink tubes it comes with, and it's very simple to use. I keep it in the drawer in the kitchen for normal writing purposes and when I get boxes in the mail, I use the pointed tip on the other end to rip open the new packages. I'm very glad I got this.
