Great alternative!

I'm the first one to admit that I intentionally try to wear shoes that doen't have shoe laces.  When I don't have this option, I will tie them in a way that I can put them on and take them off without having to tie and untie them.  Even then, they seem to come untied at the worst possible times and it annoys me to no limit.  I've tried the silicone ones that just go across the top.  Those are fine for some shoes but not actual sneakers.  So, when I saw these, I knew I had to try them.  
I'm so glad that I did!  My only complaint is that I didn't order a couple more pair at the same time.  They are perfect!  Once you get them set up, which is super easy, you don't have to worry about adjusting them anymore.  Then, taking them off and on is as easy as sliding the adjuster.  None of the hassle of tieing and untieing them but all the benefits of having sneakers that are actually tied properly.  I have yet to have them loosen on their own, no matter what I'm doing.
