When I received these in the mail they came with 5 extra pairs of earpads for the earbuds. Plus when I first took these out of the case I noticed each of these has little blue transparent plastic over the charging pads on the earbuds themselves. I needed to remove them for charging. Next, the earbuds are a bit hard to grab with your fingers at first for removing from the case. I like to just "Tilt with one finger from the back where the earbud connects to the charging port and then pinch with 2 fingers and then just remove." I know it might sound a bit odd but with my sized fingers, it's the easiest thing to do.
So far the earbuds have a nice sound and don't take all that long to charge.
