The proprietary app won't connect to my router. I can't get the camera to connect to my phone either. It records just fine if you insert an SD card. I thought the camera was broken and asked to return it. The seller shipped a new one and didn't make me return the other one. Excellent customer service from this seller!
The problem is with the manufacturer not having any sort of contact information for customer service. When I try to connect the app to my router it counts down and times out. The only way to check the video is to remove the micro SD card and insert it into a computer. If the camera gets taken the video is gone without a WIFI connection. It will make a good hidden camera if you can figure out how to disguise it.
