So Relaxing ! Great for Meditation !!

I Love  my Bluetooth eye mask !  I have a routine I do to relax my mind and so personal healing through meditation.  When I lay down to bed at night , I pick a meditation for what I want to work on that night.  Some is astral traveling as well, and healing frequencies !  With it being an ey maks, it bring the vibrations or frequencies right next to my ears without the worry of earbuds or headphones that are in my ear which I just don't like. The mask blocks out all light and just is a great way to go for a beautiful vacation or ascend spiritually in your mind !! It's pretty Genius !!
